> **DRAFT, not legal advice, to be reviewed.** This page shows the structure and our intended commitments. It is not yet a binding policy.

Cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record.

## 1. Cancelling

- You can cancel anytime: through the subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, by replying "cancel" to any message from us, or by writing to [meni@botofmouth.com](mailto:meni@botofmouth.com).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, monthly or annual. You keep full use of the service until then, and you are not charged again.
- There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
- We remove our access to your accounts within 7 days after the service ends, and you keep every change made.

## 2. Refunds

- **14 days:** if you are not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, monthly or annual. You don't need to give a reason.
- **After 14 days:** payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or as set out in section 5. Cancelling stops future payments.
- **If a change of ours causes a problem:** if it breaks your website or publishes a wrong fact, we roll it back.
- **No refunds based on AI results.** No one controls what AI assistants say, so we don't promise any AI outcome, and refunds don't depend on one. See our [terms](https://botofmouth.com/fr/legal/terms/).

## 3. Annual plans

- An annual plan is paid once a year and costs 10 months instead of 12.
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the annual payment, including a renewal payment.
- After 14 days, if you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid year. We don't refund the unused months.
- We will remind you by email 14 days before your annual plan renews.

## 4. How to ask for a refund

- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to [paddle.net](https://paddle.net) and choose "Request refund".
- Or write to [meni@botofmouth.com](mailto:meni@botofmouth.com) with the email you paid with, and we will arrange the refund through Paddle.
- Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. When a refund is issued, access to the service for that period ends.
- Please contact us or Paddle before raising a chargeback with your bank, so we can fix the problem first.

## 5. Your statutory rights and Paddle's terms

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders, so your purchase is also covered by Paddle's [Buyer Terms](https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and [Refund Policy](https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

This policy doesn't affect any statutory rights you have, or any refund Paddle provides under its Buyer Terms or Refund Policy. Where the law or Paddle gives you more than this policy, that applies.

For example, consumers in the EU, the UK and Israel may have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Most BotOfMouth subscriptions are bought by businesses, and these consumer rights generally don't apply to business purchases.
