> **DRAFT, not legal advice, to be reviewed.** This page shows the structure and our intended commitments. It is not yet a binding agreement.

These terms cover your subscription to the BotOfMouth software service, sold by Luminos Ventures Technologies Ltd, Israel. Paddle.com is our reseller and the merchant of record for all orders.

## 1. Who we are

BotOfMouth is a brand of Luminos Ventures Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Israel ("Luminos", "we", "us"). Luminos is the seller and provider of the BotOfMouth software. Company number: 517320172. Registered address: A.D. Gordon 7, Tel Aviv 6340007, Israel.

These terms are an agreement between you and Luminos. By subscribing to, or continuing to use, the BotOfMouth service, you agree to these terms. If you subscribe for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

## 2. Paddle is our merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Paddle handles checkout, payment, invoices, sales tax and VAT, and the processing of refunds. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's [Buyer Terms](https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and [Refund Policy](https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). The BotOfMouth software is provided to you by Luminos under these terms.

Paddle holds your card details. We never see or store them.

## 3. The service

BotOfMouth is AI visibility software. You are buying a subscription to the BotOfMouth software service (AI-visibility monitoring, website and listing optimisation, reports), onboarding included.

BotOfMouth is software only. It never takes, handles or processes reservations, orders or payments for your customers, and it does not sell travel or any other product on your behalf.

The free AI checkup on our site is not a subscription. It needs no card and no sign-up.

- **Monitoring:** the software asks AI assistants the questions your buyers ask and records their raw, dated answers about your business.
- **Website and listing optimisation:** the software changes the data AI reads (structured facts, crawler access, page metadata) and the text on your own website, your Google Business Profile and the listings you connect.
- **Reports:** your dashboard and a monthly report, or a weekly Monday report on Growth and Pro, with the raw AI answers and a log of every change.
- **Onboarding:** connecting your accounts, AI-readiness fixes to your website, checking and completing your Google profile, setting up your buyer questions, and your first report.
- Every issue found in your checkup is fixed within a few days of getting access.
- **Support:** by WhatsApp, Telegram and email. These are support channels between you and us only. The service never sends messages to your customers.

## 4. Plans and prices

Prices are per location, in US dollars. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where it applies. What each plan includes is listed on our [pricing page](https://botofmouth.com/es/pricing/).

| Plan | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $69 a month | $690 a year |
| Growth | $129 a month | $1,290 a year |
| Pro | $259 a month | $2,590 a year |

A location is one physical place where you serve customers, with its own address.

## 5. Billing and automatic renewal

- Your card is charged by Paddle at sign-up, for the first month or year.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period (monthly or annual) and is charged at the start of each period, until you cancel.
- Onboarding is included. There is no setup fee.
- There is no contract and no minimum term beyond the period you have paid for.
- If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
- If a payment fails, Paddle may retry it. If it still fails, we may pause the service until payment is made.

## 6. Cancelling

- You can cancel anytime: through the subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, by replying "cancel" to any message from us, or by writing to [meni@botofmouth.com](mailto:meni@botofmouth.com).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full use of the service until then, and you are not charged again.
- We remove our access to your accounts within 7 days after the service ends.
- You keep every change made to your website and listings.
- Refunds are covered by our [refund policy](https://botofmouth.com/es/legal/refunds/). Your data is handled as set out in our [privacy policy](https://botofmouth.com/es/legal/privacy/).

## 7. The access you give us

To make changes, the software needs access to the accounts you choose to connect. We ask only for the lowest access level each service offers, never owner or admin access.

- **Your website:** an application password, an app connection, or an editor or contributor role, depending on your website platform.
- **Your Google Business Profile:** a manager role.
- **Other listings you connect:** a limited user role where the platform offers one, or step-by-step changes that you paste in yourself.
- **Analytics (optional):** a read-only viewer role.
- We never ask for your passwords in a message, or for login codes.
- Access credentials are kept in a secrets store on Cloudflare. They are never written to logs or given to AI models.
- You can remove our access yourself at any time. When the service ends, we remove it within 7 days.

## 8. Your authorisation

At sign-up you accept this wording in a separate, logged step:

"I appoint BotOfMouth (Luminos Ventures Technologies Ltd) as my authorized agent to edit my website's technical data and text, my Google Business Profile and the listings I connect, within the scope shown. I stay the owner of every account and all content. I can see every change in my report, undo any change by replying, and stop at any time. When I stop, BotOfMouth removes its access within 7 days and I keep all changes. BotOfMouth never changes my prices, availability or payment settings, and never writes or filters reviews. I confirm I own or may use the photos and text on my website."

## 9. How we change things

- We never change your prices or rates, availability, payment settings or policies.
- We never write, post, buy, filter, remove or incentivise reviews, and the service does not offer to get or boost them.
- We never delete content you own.
- Every change is logged with what it was before and after, and shown in your report.
- Every change can be undone: reply "undo" and it is rolled back. If a change breaks something, it is rolled back automatically.

## 10. Your responsibilities

- Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us when it changes.
- Only connect accounts you own or may manage.
- Make sure you own, or may use, the text and photos on your website and listings.
- You stay responsible for your own business, your accounts and the information you publish.

## 11. Acceptable use

You must not use the service, or ask us to make changes, to:

- break any law, or help anyone else break one;
- commit fraud, send spam, or publish false or misleading claims about your business or anyone else's;
- create fake reviews, or impersonate another person or business;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- generate unlawful, harmful or harassing content, malware, or content that uses a person's likeness or voice without their consent;
- interfere with the security of the service, or try to copy, resell or reverse engineer the software.

## 12. Ownership

- Luminos owns the BotOfMouth software, the dashboard, the reports' format and all related intellectual property. Your subscription gives you the right to use them while it is active.
- You own your accounts, your website and your content. You let us use your content only to provide the service to you.
- We never publish your AI answers or reports without your written consent.

## 13. What we don't guarantee

AI assistants, search engines and listing sites are run by other companies, and their answers change every time. Our commitment is the work and honest measurement, not the outcome.

- We do not guarantee that any AI assistant will name, rank or link to your business.
- We do not guarantee ranking on any directory or inclusion in articles.
- We do not guarantee sales or customers.
- The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Other companies may change their platforms or rules at any time. When that affects the service, we will adapt it where we can.

## 14. Limitation of liability

- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

## 15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your subscription if you materially breach these terms, if payment is not made, if there is a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously break the acceptable-use rules. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we end your subscription without cause, we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.

## 16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.

## 17. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes go to the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

The English version of these terms governs. Other language versions are for convenience.
